Will we receive normal 3-day parkhoppers with our CityPasses?

What happens when we use our CityPasses for the first time at the turnstile? Will we receive regular 3-day parkhopper tickets or do the actual CityPasses serve as our parkhoppers?

I'm assuming we'll get regular hopper tickets (unless the CityPasses work in the fastpass machines?), but just wanted to make sure.

are they regular parkhoppers that can be upgraded to 4 day for $25 after getting them? i know it's more than that to upgrade direct from the citipass.
