Will We Need Concierge on the Treasure?

Looking at it on the wish we really don't want concierge, but when on the treasure we will want to make a couple of reservations Palo brunch and dinner. enchante for at least one meal. Will we need concierge to be able to get the reservations we want? We're gold if that helps.

It might depend a bit on how soon you want to sail. I suspect that when the Treasure first sails there will be lots of guests that need to try Palo and Enchante. Perhaps after the new wears off it will be easier.

However, worth it is in the pocketbook of the beholder. At times concierge cabins are twice the cost of regular veranda rooms.

Platinum on a January Treasure trip, with Golds being able to book soon and as of now, there is still decent availability for most adult dining options. This is only one data point - but I'd say that as Gold, you will not have issues with Enchante and Palo Dinner with Palo Brunch being the trickier one... but DCL seems to be learning... Usually, Eastern would have 3 Palo brunch options and Western 2, due to the # of days at sea. Our sailing has one additional brunch option at Grand Cayman

Sailing on the Wish as silver, for a spring break cruise, we got Enchante brunch and the BBB time we wanted without any issues. Now, the various liquor and wine tastings were pretty much gone except a few super late times, and we couldn't do the Frozen lunch thing either. I'm not sure what the equivalent is for the Treasure.

I booked verandah and got Palo dinner, brunch & enchante for our late Jan E Carib Treasure cruise. The mixologies were all sold out on our first booking day. We're Pearl, so take it for what it's worth

We wont be sailing until November of next year.
I wanted to put some time between us and the starting sail date.

By then the rush of Pearl, Platinum etc will have passed I think and the Treasure will be a more standard 7 night caribbean cruise that won't have a higher than average number of longtime cruisers. We went on the Wish last October as silver and it was the easiest time we ever had booking things like tastings, Palo etc. Our sailing had a lot of first timers.

Do not need concierge. Especially if gold.

We were silver on 3 night wish and got both palo brunch and enchante. With 7 nights and gold you will be more than fine.

And even if not, is it really worth paying 5-10 thousand dollars more just to guarantee a couple of restaurant bookings? Thats an awfully expensive couple of meals.

As of now, everything is available. There is a small number of drink classes that are showing as sold out online, but as we all know on those, DCL does set aside a number of spots that will be made available on embarkation day. Length of cruises spa passes aren't cheap, so with most guests looking at day passes (to be made available only onboard), the length of cruise pass is widely available. Gold is opening next weekend on my cruise, and I do not expect a significant change in availability before then.

I double checked and we're on the Feb1 sailing. We're leaving home in late Jan, so my brain is wired that vacay starts in late Jan.

I checked for our sailing and all the Jost Van Dyke port adventures have availability

What?! For one person? I thought I paid either $129 or $179 a year ago on the a Fantasy 7-night.
omg same. I expected around 200 dollars...Jesus no way am I paying that. dream/fantasy spa is better. you can't even see the ocean on the wish. is the ice room cool? yeah but omg nope.

glad I'm paying for a cruise xfer, I will be beelining to the spa for day passes in addition to adult dining when we get on board.
