Will WDW ever offer monthly pay for AP (nonresident)?

I know that WDW offers a monthly payment plan for Florida residents. Do you think they will ever offer it for non-residents? I think there is a huge market for that, and many yearly visitors would not only buy the AP if it was available that way, but would also take trips to WDW more often. Anybody know if this is in the works?

I doubt it. They don't have much legal recourse to collect when people live out of the state, which is why they haven't offered it to start with.

People could sign up for monthly payments, take a trip during the first month and then never pay anything again. In this scenario there is very little Disney could do to collect the remaining balance due to them. Debt collection laws vary from state to state and usually protect the debtor and not the creditor.
