First let me say that this is my first post. I have spent countless hours scouring other posts and have picked up lots of helpful information. A big thanks to all you for some great suggestions.
Here's the scenario:
We are traveling May 1-6, 2007. I have already scheduled ADR's for the following days:
1st-Dinner at Ohana 7:40 (no theme park)
2nd-MK-Breakfast at CRT 8:50
3rd-MGM-Lunch Sci Fi 12:25 (am I pushing it not scheduling for Fantasmic?)
4th-AK-Dinner Whispering Canyon 7:20
5th-Epcot-Dinner LeCellier 4:10
Keep in mind that I am traveling with DM, DSis, DH, DD8, DD6, DD3, DNephew8, DNiece2 and myself.
I want to be able to enjoy the parks and be fairly flexible, and make sure these places are good for all of us. These were basically the only times available due to our party size.
Thanks for all your help!!

You should be fine - that time of the year isn't extraordinarily crowded. I wouldn't worry about the Fantasmic dinner - just plan to get to the theatre at least an hour early. We usually go early and grab a seat, then DH runs up to the snack bar and gets hot dogs, nachos, etc. for everyone, and we eat while we're waiting.
