Will this plan work well?

So I'm going to be going to Universal/ Islands of Adventure for 1 day July 25th. I have been there about 6 times so I know my way around the park pretty well. I can only go for one day and I tried to make a schedule that would allow me to ride everything I want with my mom and I.
Get to Universal 30 minutes before opening
Go to Islands of Adventure (opens one hour earlier than Universal)
Walk back to Harry Potter and Forbidden Journey.
Go on Dragon Challenge (Single rider if possible)
Shop for 20 minutes or so
Go to Jurassic park
Ride Jurassic Park River Adventure
Grab hot dog to walk and eat at Jurassic Park hotdog stand
Ride Spiderman
Ride Cat in Hat if lines for all the rides are short
Leave Islands of Adventure and head for Universal
Go on Rip Ride Rockit (also single rider)
Go on Mummy (single rider again)
Go on Men in Black
grab some food
Go on Simpsons ride (I won't get sick)
Go on E.T. if time permits
and finish it off with Despicable Me

Do you think this is possible? Most of the rides at Universal Studios are pretty sure longest I had to wait was a hour. I could get done with Spiderman pretty quickly but I don't know how the line has gotten since the update. If anyone has anymore helpful tips I would be thankful
