We are going to the Yachtsman Steakhouse and I don't eat steak. Will they make the scallop and risotto appetizer into an entree for me?

Knowing what I know about signature restaurants, I would be highly surprised if they don't do this for you if you ask your server. They tend to bend over backwards for stuff like this. I know that I was offered to order a double portion of an appetizer at California Grill, so I think you'll be able to do the same with the scallop and risotto.
