Will there be a problem with our room because of my allergies to pets and smoking?

I'm so worried about pets being in the room previous to our stay. And, I've noticed at tiimes I DO smell cigarette smoke, even though it is a non-smoking room.

Will they put us in a different tower than the ones the pets stay in?

Which hotel are you staying at?

For the RRP, pets are in tower 2. If you ask for Tower 1, you probably won't even see pets.
For the HRH, there is only one building. Pets are put on the 1st or 5th floor. Ask for a different floor.
