Will the POFQ have preferred buildings and are there elevators in the buildings?

I had read awhile back that they were going to offer preferred buildings at the CBR. Has PO started doing this?
I also was wondering if the buildings have elevators? I know they are only 3 stories, but my 73 year old mother will be travelling with us and if we can not get a first floor room, climbing those steps might be tough.

In the past the river view rooms were a bit more $$ per night. All the buildings have elevators.

I think that they'll probably just continue to have rates based on views. POFQ is much smaller that many of the resorts, especially CBR.

If you think you'll be using the elevator, make a request to either have a first floor room or be near the elevator. You may not get it, but you can always ask. Although there are elevators in each of the buildings, there aren't many, and it can be a good hike from the elevator to your room.
