Will the new pet resort be Disney owned and operated?

I love the new resort coming for guests with pets. What concerns me is that this resort will not have the amenities like Disney transportation to the parks.

Does anyone have the scoop on this yet?

Just to clarify, what Best Friends is building is a new kennel, not a new hotel where pets are allowed.....
