Will the motorcoach go off property?

Okay...so DF's family have totally thrown me for a loop here. They were all supposed to stay at ASM but instead called me today to let me know that they got a great deal off property and all are all staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa (Which I think is technically a Disney Resort and is only about a mile outside Disney. Does anyone know if the motorcoach will still take them to their hotel after our dessert party?

I am pretty sure it only goes to disney resorts on property. What I am wondering is if it will go to Shades of Green, all of DF's fam is staying there

I asked my coordinator about the Lake Buena Vista area hotels, and she told me that they don't necessarily "deal" with them because they are not Disney owned. I believe that the motorcoach will only go to Disney owned resorts.

Hmm... okay, ask your coordinator! I was told that the motorcoach WILL go off property. My family is staying in a residential community off 192 and the motorcoach is going to take them home. My coordinator said that the motorcoach is a charter, not Disney owned transportation. Now, granted, we are having a mini-motorcoach so that could be different. Since you are an Intimate as well, maybe you have the mini-motorcoach too.

My coordinator just called and said that there was no problem going to the Lake Buena Vista hotels....WOOHOO! I am sooooo relieved!

FYI: I checked with my planner, she said that the motorcoach will go to Shades of Green, so it will probably go to any of the properties near disney.

When I was planning my custom vow renewal a few years ago, I was told that my private motor coach could go off Disney property to pick up any of my guests if need be. I remember being very surprised to hear that. I had a full-sized motor coach reserved (photo below):

Since all my guests were staying in Disney resorts (and the ones who lived in FL were driving their own cars), I didn't need to arrange for the motor coach to go anywhere but on Disney property.

If anyone needs to utilize off-property transportation for your guests, please discuss it with the FTW folks. They'll let you know what your options are.
