Will the grocery deliveries be subject to the package delivery fee?

I was reading about this new fee and was wondering if this will apply to the grocery deliveries alot of the members use? I was considering using a shopping service in June. The fee is not a whole lot of $$ but I was just curious.

I have no idea what the answer is myself but I imagine if it is "YES" then the same charge would be applied to the Owners Locker boxes.

So perhaps the folks from Owners Locker have the answer to this one.

Are you talking about the package delivery fee at BCV/BWV? That really only applies to resorts with convention/business shipping centers and to packages delivered by commercial services like UPS/FedEx/ etc. It will not apply to Owners Locker and grocery deklivery services. And will onlu apply at those resorts with the contracted business centers, likely BWV/BCV/BLT.

It is not a "new fee" it has been in place for some time at the business centers.

Owners Locker and grocery services deliver to Bell Services.

Unless you have groceries shipped, like from NetGrocer...then they'd go to the business center.

Well, until such a program starts, if it starts, we really won't know. If need be the grocery services and OL could make an appointment to deliver directly to the guest, and if that guest missed or cancelled the appointment, charge an additional fee.

Until there is an actual announcement of this program, it needs to be considered nothing more than a rumor. And apparently, as other Disney fansites haven't picked up on the rumor, probably not a rumor with a lot of credibility so far. If one website says a change will happen, you can say "maybe" if a lot of websites say a change will happen, it likely will.
