Will TarzansKat meet Captain Jack? ~A Pirate's Life for 3 Pre-Trippie~ We're back!

:goodvibes That's okay, I can always use a good laugh.

I am bouncing off the walls right now because we just learned our boss isn't in today..............DIS boards all day! :lmao:

Woo hoo!!!! Pardon me for a moment...

something foul's afoot...

and I think it's in DS' diaper! :rotfl2:

:lmao: :lmao: Okay, second time I have laughed out loud. I must be full of giddy today.

Always glad to spread the giddy.

Amazing what a good night's sleep will do for a girl's outlook, huh?

And yes, it was gross. I wish he would potty train himself. Ah well. One day at a time.

Oh what a beautiful morning...
Oh what a beautiful day...
I've got a beautiful feeling...
everything's going my way!

Good Morning! :)

TK --- I picked up "Crocodile on the Sandbank" from the library yesterday. I read about 5 pages and made myself put it down because I was starting to get sucked in. I am reading a book right now and I want to finish it first. I am really excited to read it!

I want to pass on the love of a good book, have you ever read anything by Jodi Picoult? Not quite the same thing, but I :lovestruc her books!

Oh, I wouldn't be surprised if you finish it one sitting. It's that good!

No, I haven't. What are her books like?

I am glad to be back!

As we're glad to have you!:thumbsup2

I can't wait to sit down with it.

They are wonderful. I don't know how to describe them....
She takes very real life situations and writes about them, if that makes sense. She has quite a few...but I would start with "My Sister's Keeper" or "The Pact". Amazon has really good descriptions of her books. I haven't met anyone who has read her books and not liked them. My mom resisted reading them for a long time and she finally read "My Sister's Keeper" and she's been hooked.

I'll have to take a look later while DS is napping so I can give it some real attention.

I posted a couple of threads on the dining board this morning to try and help me make some decisions.

So far, people are all for Artist Point, raving about apps and desserts, so that's good.

Also, interestingly enough, everyone that's posted on my Boma thread is voting for breakfast.

Funny thing is, if I switch to breakfast, I'll only have one dinner booked for our whole trip. I suppose I could try to switch around, but I wasn't really enamored of being tied down in the evening anyway....not sure what to do here.

I need to go have a look at the Artist Point one! :hyper:

I think you should do whatever will be better for DS' schedule. You want a happy 3 year old. ::yes::

Forgot to say something about Jodi Picoult. They are really really really good. It brings me happiness which I can suggest good reads to people. So I hope you will give her a chance if her books sound intriguing to you.

They have made a few movies of her books. "My Sister's Keeper" is coming out later this year I believe. She's had some tv movies made of "The Pact", "Plain Truth" and "The 10th Circle" is coming out on our wedding day on Lifetime.

I see a call to WDW dining in my future.

Truthfully, DS is a much better behaved kid first thing in the morning, and is a BIG breakfast eater. So....I think you know where I'm leaning...and I've come up with some other ideas as well.

I'll save that for my chapter later.;)

Southwest Airlines is scaring the carp out of me. I know they normally have a special in July, but I'm getting nervous. Normally we fly on a Tuesday or Wednesday, which makes it about $20 cheaper per person. In case you're not counting, that's $120 total for both flights. That's a lot of money.

I have basically no option of changing my Wilderness Lodge standard room dates, it's not available anymore. I know the free dining promotion is running through June 22nd, but I need help.

I tempted to switch to a mod, but I really only want POFQ. I can't seem to find any availability for that either.

I am driving myself crazy. Booking a mod would save us at least $616.50, this is by looking at the different airfares and adding in to the total package costs.

I have always wanted to stay at CBR, but am really, really afraid of how spread out it is. I would book preferred, and it is available.

If I switch my dates from a Tuesday to a Tuesday, I'd have more time to meet up with Tink, since we'd overlap more.

But it also means we'd be taking that ungodly early flight and going to MNSSHP the same night. Which seems like a not so good idea unless we get in a really, really good nap.

I don't know what to do anymore.

Leave well enough alone. Bask in the glow of the Wilderness Lodge and enjoy the boat ride...the airfare is freakin' me out man!

Don't do anything yet.

What are the dates you are booked again? Are you not doing Tuesday to Tuesday as of now?

Have you looked at other airlines and compared prices? We've had wonderful experiences with Airtran and Delta before.
