I see the deal posted now for Disney visa holders. Do we think it will be offered to everyone soon, too? My SIL is going to Disney in May and their dates would work with this deal, but they don't have the Disney Visa. I have been keeping my eye out for deals for them, so I'm hoping they offer this to everyone! What do you think?

Yes, based on:

1 - the offer from Visa actually says "before it is offered to the general public" or something similar and

2 - it was already posted, and then pulled, from the AAA website a day or so ago. Was probably a mistake and posted too early.

I am hoping this is not the "big discount" deal that is offered this year. With only an 8yr old dd this is no deal for us.

Cool. While it certainly isn't the best deal out there, I know my SIL will be happy with any discount, so this will seem good to her!

Does anyone know if you want to stay longer than 4 days does Disney extend the offer for more days? Let say you wanted to stay for 6 or 8 days instead of just 4, do they still let the 3-9 year olds stay and play for free?

I'm thinking this would be a pretty good deal for us - we'd have 4 Disney adults, 3 kids, and one baby. We'd love to go for our oldest son's 9th birthday in May, but we usually go for 10 days.

Thanks!

I called and spoke to a castmember yesterday and she said the deal works for as many days as you want to stay. I specifically asked if we stayed in a moderate for 7 days would my two kids be free for the entire 7 days and she said "yes".

Oh, thanks for posting that! Great news!!!! We just might be able to plan a 2011 trip!

I was looking at the link that is posted on the main page, and when I scrolled to the top of the page, it was saying it was offered for general public.

If I am remembering correctly, it seems that in the past the Disney Visa promotions came out on a Thursday and the General Public Offer on the following Monday, so I would check first thing Monday January 3rd.
