Will return of Early Morning Hours take away chance of getting RoR ILLs?

We will be staying at an offsite hotel at DLR but plan to be there right at rope drop so we can (hopefully) snag an ILL for Rise. But will we even have a chance if the park re-opens early for resort guests? Will there be any left?

I don't think the hotel guests will take up the paid ILL passes, if anything, they'd rush to the ride during EMH so they don't have to pay another $20 to get on the ride with little wait. I was there this past Sunday and wanted an early afternoon time and had to keep checking and wait until 11:10am to be able to book an ILL that started at 1:50pm.

Thanks! The timing won’t help me on my trip, but I’m always happy to hear when Disney offers on-site hotel guests more perks. As with WDW, you really should be getting plenty of extras for the prices you pay to stay on-property. Some of my favorite memories as a kid were spending those early morning or late night hotel guests only hours in the parks at WDW when you could get so much done with lower crowds.

Like others said, it's not as hard to get ILL for RotR at Disneyland as it is at WDW. For example, today it's 11:30. You can get one for used in about 70 minutes (12:40)! They don't sell out immediately upon park opening. It's almost better strategically to wait to grab one until later in the morning, so you take advantage of all the other rides with super low wait times before using the ILL.

So early morning hours shouldn't have much impact at all.
