I think the shower cap is the best line of defense. You will get soaked on the Bilge Rat Barges so every little bit will help.

ON Bluto's you get soaked. I rode this morning at 11, and i think the last of my clothes dried around 4. So i would go with the shower cap.

Yep, even while wearing a poncho I ended up soaked from head to toe on dudleys.

The water rides at Universal do not mess around with drenching you. They might as well just send you through a shower before getting on the ride.

I said to my son before we even saw the Bilge Barge ride for the first time......How wet can you get it`s only a ride!!!!!

I just kept on sputtering...."they don't even PRETEND!" over and over...

Plus, we'd just been on Dudley (DS and I went something like 3 times in a row, then DS and DH went after the TM helped my hubby figure out how he could get on (the ADA log, since DH is a bigger guy)) AND it was raining that day! So we got it from everywhere.

this is the TRUTH! I only rode bluto's and then the jurassic park ride. (I was wet enough when they did the ripsaw falls). Anyway on Jurassic park I think an entire wave came up over the front of the ride and well my whole row was soaked.....it looked like I came out of the shower.

on blutos waves/waterfalls etc.....we avoided nothing. one poor woman just got that one seat that got every single drop of water.....she was literally soaked. She got off the ride and bought a t shirt.....LOL.
