Will moderate resort food courts be open early when SWGE opens at 6?

I did see where the value resorts food courts will be open at 2:30 the next three days, and 4:15 until November1-2. Just wondering if moderate resorts will follow suit. My best guess will be just the grab and go stuff, but hoping at least the coffee machines will be ready!!
