Will member services be open on 1-1-11?

Jan 1 is my 7 month window, so i want to move my res i have to another resort if possible. does anyone know if MS will be open on jan 1, or will i have to call jan 2 or 3 instead?

MS is closed on major holidays so I believe that includes New Years Day. You will have to wait and call on the 2nd.

They will be closed on the 1st. My 11 month window opens on the 1st. I was just talking to MS, and they confirmed that I will need to call on the 2nd instead of the 1st.
