Will Magic Bands from stay at WL work for stay at Swan?

I purchased 2 10 day non expiration tickets with hopping option in October for my weekend stay at Wilderness Lodge. I have 8 days left on those passes. Will the bands work for my upcoming stay the Swan? Do I have to do anything to make them work for this trip?

Although, "for your stay at the Swan" is a misleading way to say it.
Your current MBs will work at the PARKS... while you stay at the Swan.
