We have dinner reservations at Liberty Tree for Nov 26th. My sister lives 2hrs from Orlando and plans on joining us for a couple of days. I want to add her to the LT reservation but worry that she might not arrive in time.

(there's a good chance she'll be late...she's late for everything)

If I add her to the reservation and she doesn't arrive in time, can I just tell them at the door that our party is only 4 instead of 5?

This shouldn't be any problem for you at all. Adding more can cause issues sometimes, but less is usually just fine.

Well, crap.

I just tried adding and they don't have anything for 5 people that day or the day before. I really don't want to cancel because my daughter is excited about going. I guess I'll keep trying .

I wouldn't cancel just keep trying. Might get lucky or just show up with one more at LTT you could get lucky & they will have a table :)
