Will kids want to swim in late November/Early December?

Had a long weekend in 2010 and it got so cold we had on jackets and we are from Maryland during the day switched to long pants for the nights. My sister and parents wore gloves and we still saw kids in the pool, not many but a few

We've been the end of November and while it was way too cold for me to want to swim, DD swam several times. We're from the Atlanta area and I don't like to swim in water colder than 85 degrees, but she'll start swimming in March when the water is colder than 70 degrees!

Mine have been swimming every Christmas Day for the past five years and as long as the weather cooperates will do it again this year :-) Everyone has said about the same thing - it all depends on the weather that week. We have been lucky and had a lot of 80 - 90 degree days for our Christmas week trip. Last year we went to Typhoon Lagoon for a day and had a great time.

Plus, as others have said - kids always want to swim. We live in Texas and have a pool - when it's cold they like to "Polar Bear Plunge" and jump in and out multiple times.
