Will it be hard to get 2 standard view studios at BWV for week after Thanksgiving 07?

I'm going to be looking to rent points for 2 standard view studios at BWV for the week after Thanksgiving in 2007 - I have someone who has the points to rent to me, but she wouldn't be making the ressie until 11 months from my check-out day(Friday, 11/30/07). What are my chances for 2 standard view studios if she doesn't do the day-day ressie? Are there enough standard view studios that I shouldn't worry about it?

I seldom diagree with DebbieB, but I do on this one. The week after Thanksgiving is also very popular with BWV owners. If the owner doesn't do day by day, she & you should be prepared to use the waitlist for some of the days. This is especially true since you want two SV units. Standard view studios disappear very quickly at the BWV for pretty much all of November & December.

The first week of December might be a tiny shade more difficult than the week after Thanksgiving - but IMHO, the difference is not significant.

Again, JMHO. YMMV.

I'm with CarolMN on this one. It could be difficult with so many members booking these days. Especially the standard view.

You do realize that your studios will probably not be right next to each other and could even be on different floors, right?

Yes, I'm aware the studios will probably not be side-by-side or even on the same floor and that'll be fine with me and my DH as we're going with my sister and her DH. We'd like a little privacy, personally!

I guess I'll try to find a renter who will be willing to rent day to day as I really would prefer the standard view. I've had the preferred view several times and the last couple times, couldn't see anything due to the large tree outside the balcony so it was a waste of extra points, IMO.

I was able to book a SV 1 B/R for the same week (Sunday-Friday starting after Thanksgiving) for 2006 w/out a problem. I know I didn't call day by day, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't even exactly at the 11th month window for the check-out date (maybe a week or so later). In my case the waitlist wasn't necessary.
