Will it be easy to get a new DAS pass if we already had one in June?

We went to DL in june and my mom got a DAS but they gave her a hassle about getting it and she felt pretty embarrassed by the whole thing. But we still have the green card with the QR code, will it be easier for her to renew it/get a new one?

Since you have the old one, bring me t back with you.
There is a QR code on it (the box with what look like squiggly black lines). They can read that code in Guest Relations and it will connect them to the file they made when she got her DAS card in June.

They will not need to go thru the information - like spelling her name, etc. that is already in that file. In most cases, they won't need to take a new picture.

They WILL probably ask a few questions; verifying her name, asking if there are any changes since June, asking if she has questions about using it. She will still be asked to review the information on the back of the form and sign it.
But, in general, renewing DAS is easier and quicker than getting it in the first place since they can use the information that is already on file..
