HI everyone
We are heading off for 3 nights on 5th Feb for my 40th
banana: ) and I have been reading about how cold it has been for the last couple of weeks. We went once b4 at this time of year about 7 years ago but don't remember it being sub zero temps!
Anyway my question is should I be getting thermals or skiwear for the family, we live in London so wouldn't normally need them and don't want to spend too much as we will need every penny for the trip itself, on the other hand it will all be wasted money if we are too cold to enjoy ourselves
Was planning on layering normal clothes and of course taking coats/jackets, hats, gloves and scarves etc as well as normal boots.
Have been checking Accuweather and the next 15 days seems to be slightly milder (0 degrees as opposed to -5!) but forecast for our dates won't be available for a while yet.
Anyone who has been at this time of year before or who is going soon got any advice??
