Will I need reservations for lunch at the Plaza restaurant?

I've never eaten there, so I have no clue whether or not it's a busy place.

Thanks!

This is one of our family's favorites! We hit the Plaza at least once a trip for lunch. I have never made a PS and haven't waited long. It would depend, tho, on when you were going. I've never tried to eat there at 12 noon during the summer!

Last year, we switched our MVMCP days and tried to get a PS for 5:00. City Hall said it was booked. We did a walk up, and were told it was a 30 minute wait. Since we were staying for the party, we didn't care. We were seated about 10 minutes later.

Enjoy!:D

on when you want to eat, how many are in your party, and how long you are willing to wait. We had a 1:00PM PS on Wednesday for a party of 4, and we were able to change it to a party of 6 with only a wait of 5 to 10 minutes. Other times we have tried to walk up with a party of 4 or 5 and been told the wait will be longer than an hour! It is quite small inside.

This restaurant is one of our favourites and we try to visit at least once during our trip. Since we usually go in July or August when the parks are extremely busy I have always made ps seatings, however, since there are only two of us I really don't think the ps would have been necessary on some occassions. If this restaurant is one that you really want to try then I would make a ps. There is nothing worse than not being able to eat in a restaurant that you have set your heart on trying.

Hope this helps?

DH, DD and I ate there on Mother's Day a little before lunch time (10:30 am), no PS's. We only waited about 5 minutes, and when we got in there were several tables open. The food was delicious and not too pricey! I had tomato bisque, it was excellent. I also had a burger and DH had a turkey club. We enjoyed our food a lot. I would definitely recommend eating at the Plaza Restaurant. I wouldn't worry too much about making a PS.
