Will I need an express pass in Feb?

Planning first trip to US in February 2009, staying off site. Will I need to buy an express pass? I know it's only good one time per ride, show or attraction, which makes me hope I don't need to spend the extra $$??

Doubtful you'll need the EP then...if the lines start getting too long for you, just purchase them at the park.
