Will I lose my 180+10 ADRs if I cancel my room reservation?

Hi all- I've searched for answers on this and haven't found anything too concrete.

If I make a room reservation and I schedule ADRs for 180+10 days out, if for some reason I cancel the room ressie, will I lose those ADRs?

We're not exactly sure where we want to stay yet, but I want to take advantage of the +10 days. If I end up cancelling the room reservation to switch to another resort, I want to make sure I won't lose the ADRs. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

No, your ADRs are not tied to your room reservation. If you cancel your room completely and book offsite, your ADRs stand.
But if you decide to cancel your trip completely, you will need to cancel your ADRs or else be subject to the no show fees.

As others have said, your ADRs will not cancel if you cancel your resort reservation. With that said, if you only want to change resorts, you can modify your existing reservation (pending availability) without cancelling and rebooking. The only time you need to cancel and rebook is when you go from one reservation type to the other.
