Will I have a hard time getting any of these adr?

I get to make my reservations tomorrow morning. We will be there from Dec. 27-Jan 6 and I was curious if you think that any of these will be hard to get and if I should reserve one first over another?

Dec. 31-1900 Park Fare (dinner) for 8 people
Jan. 2-T-Rex (dinner) for 6 people
Jan. 3-Tutto Italia (lunch) for 8 people
Jan. 5-Kona Cafe (breakfast) for 8 people

We are also going to be doing the candlelight processional dinner package on Dec. 28 at San Angel Inn when the packages become available.

I don't think I should have any problems but I just wanted to double check as I am stressing out already the night before. I think if it wasn't that "special" Christmas trip, it wouldn't bother me so much but I really want it to be extra fun for our kids (hence dinner w/Cinderella at 1900 Park Fare for our 2 daughters on NYE and T-Rex for our son!)

Can't speak about the other ones, but call the T-Rex restaurant directly for a reservation. When I was planning, there weren't any openings, but when I called, they even offered me a reservation that night! Not sure how long out they take reservations, but maybe try giving them a call now to have one done

I really don't think those are the tough ones to get. I've never booked for a large group before though.
