will i be able to schedule FP+ times on the half hour with ADRs?

does the system always default to the top of the hour? and if so, when i go in to change to what i want, can i move to the bottom of the hour for all three? (10:30-11:30, 12:30-1:30, and 1:30-2:30)

and if yes to all that, can i do the above with an ADR at 11:30?
