Will I be able to get ressies for VB in April 7 months out??

Anyone who has gone to VB in April (we are looking at the 14th - 20th) is it usually really crowded?

SHould i try to trade my OKW points to someone with VB points so I can book now?

I would think you will have a hard time getting it at the 7-month, try to trade.

May is different then April. April is Spring Break and I would try to trade and book immediately.

May is still tough, I would book ASAP. Especially if you want Ocean View rooms or Beach Cottages. I waitlisted for any Sun-thur night in a BC for May 27 thru June 8, 2006 at 6 months out and nothing ever came thru. Nothing for Ocean View either. Memorial Day weekend was a no go also.

I was able to get a Wed, and Thur night OVIR, but we decided to scrap VB this trip and save it for later. We have alot going on this year already.

This year I booked April 25th,26th and 27th less than 2 months out(Ocean Veiw Inn room). Of course easter was April 16th this year and we probably also missed spring breakers. We had an awesome veiw of the ocean. Susan

April will likely be difficult, May should be easy. I see may show up all the time on II.

We went this past April and had no problems at the 7month window. (Could have just been lucky). We only wanted Ocean view inn room and got it on the first try. Good Luck!!

We went the end of March this year, and got ressies at the 7 month window, no problem. Of course, we were after a 1br, not an ocean view inn room. But I would give it a try.
