Will DVC post more information about MK Moonlight Magic before the first event 1/11?

We are registered for the first MK event on 1/11 and waiting to find more details about the event. This is the first event that has worked with our booked vacation dates, so not completely sure what to expect. The information posted on the website is very vague and I know I can't compare from last year because I'm sure things will be different.
We are curious about what refreshments will be served and where? It would help with our planning to know if we should eat dinner before or wait. I know last year they served hot dogs and chicken nuggets and other events only served ice cream bars.
Do they give out some sort of map/times guide for characters, open rides/attractions, open food options, and fireworks times like the one you get for MNSSHP & MVMCP?
Maybe I am over thinking the event, but It's one week from today and I haven't seen any additional information. All we know is the time and date of the party.
Hopefully DVC will post more information soon!

When you check in for the event, they should give you an event brochure with all that information.

As for more information on the DVC website, they may add some additional information but not the full details of the event.

Be sure to get the brochure when you check in. We did the one at epcot last month and did not get one. There were none to be found and it made the night less wonderful. We were at the bus stop to go back to the resort when we heard fireworks we didn't know were scheduled.

I'm holding out for free dole whips

I went ahead & snagged an 3:30 Ohana, figured by the time the event officially started would be ready for some snacking. Would be nice to see the nuggets/hotdogs offered again.

Had to laugh though reading some reviews wherein people were waiting in half hour lines for the food at opening, then noticed an hour or so later it was walk up.
