Will Disney let me change reservation made by travel agent?

I paid balance on my October trip on Wednesday before I saw the new discounts. My travel agent did not mention them when I talked to her or in e-mail confirming payment. She did mention she was heading out of town; for how long, she didn't say. I checked Disney site & price there now for same nights & passes, same hotel & view is $300+ less than what I paid for 3 nights. Thursday is last day I can change/cancel without penalty & worried travel agent will not be available. Haven't use TA for Disney before so don't know if I can call WDTC myself to get this handled. Anyone have advice for me? Thanks!

You will have to contact the TA, the reservation is with the TA not Disney. If you can't contact her so she can fix this can somone else at her company?

I was afraid that would be the answer. I've never worked with this company so not sure how they cover for absent agents. Hope I'm worrying about nothing & there'll be an e-mail from her tomorrow morning. (This is not Dreams, btw.)

It all worked out--I had to call the main office and spend a lot of time waiting to hear back, but my travel agent did get in touch and was able to get the discount applied to my reservation. Maybe we should go to Napa Rose after all.

If you can swing Napa Rose GO!!! And I'm really glad that got worked out for you. Any travel agency worth it's weight has someone to help you when your agent is gone!
