Will disney buy back contracts?

I have a direct xxxxx contract that I would like to sell to buy more riviera points. Will disney buy that contract back from me directly through them without going through resale process. Like an on the spot offer. I know they were calling old key west owners a few months ago offering to buy their contracts. Thank you

You can always call and sometimes they will but last I knew is was very low..like $65 to $70/point.

I believe the OKW offer was $80. Who knows if they even would now. I tried once and was told not interested But that was in 2011.

The dvcresalemarket has an instant sales offer if you are in process of researching your options. It just asks you to insert resort and points, maybe use year, etc. And explains the offer and process without having to speak to anybody.
If you choose to proceed , you will still be required to sign contracts, etc and go through the ROFR process With Disney .
The instant sale isn’t automatic , unfortunately.
I would expect Disney direct offer would be insulting , and would consider this instant offer as a step#2 in the process to educating yourself.
I considered #2 because I did not want to get involved with foreign sales and all the other unknowns,,, I guess that is why Disney direct is so tempting.
