Will Disney allow cruisers to cancel or postpone after PIF once cruising restarts?

Any rumors if they will allow rebooking and cancelling like they do for resort guests?

Will they go back to what was offered to the last few cruises before the shutdown? Allow changes to the reservation up to 48h before sail away?

What about the travel restrictions. Will they allow you rebook for a later time, if you can't travel because if travel restrictions, or quarantine orders?

I don’t think it’s possible to predict anything related to cruising at this point. The cruise industry will not be operating normally for quite some time.
