Will DDP Prices increase again in 2016?

Is it typical for Disney to raise DDP prices during the year? I saw that they increased in March. Based on past years, is it likely they will go up again before the end of the year?

I am assuming if we added now for our December vacation, we would pay today's costs and wouldn't be charged a higher rate even if it does happen??

Also, if for some reason our trip had to be cancelled, could we be refunded for the DDP?

Yes, if you add it now, you're locked into today's prices as long as you don't make any future changes. The refund would be the same as for any package refund. It is rare for them to raise prices twice in one calendar year, but they did do so a couple years' back, so there are no guarantees.
