Will Buzz Lightyear ride have fast pass? Is it part of early entry?

Just wondering if anyone might know if the new Buzz Lightyear ride will have fastpass. Also, I thought I read somewhere that it would be open during early entry, but isn't it in Tomorrowland? Hoping someone might know. Thanks!!

Yes Buzz will have FP.

Not sure about the Early Entry.
