I am thinking of getting an AP but would like to get a 4 day ticket and upgrade when I go in July to a power pass AP in July.
If prices go up I would be better off getting a preferred pass now and not waiting to upgrade in July.
With Disney jumping their AP's I figure Universal can't be too far behind.
I am assuming you can upgrade a 4 day pass on the last day? Is that correct?
I should be fine with the blackout dates to get a power pass but if the price jumps I'll lose my savings.
