It's still happening.

The new villas open for service in July. There is no open date for Roaring Fork or the pool.

I was there in early Feb and while some of the Copper Creek villas were nearly completion the work going on around the villas looked like it was only partly done, but I would expect most of the serious construction to be completed by summer.
