Wilderness Lodge Mercantile Shop or Villas Grocery Order Form?

Does anyone know if they sell milk, cheese, fruit, bread? Are the prices reasonable? Are we better off using the Villas Grocery Order Form?

We will not have a rental car, we're taking the DME to the resort. We won't have a chance to stop anywhere.

They do have the basics - milk, cereal, fruit, bread, PB, J, doughnuts (the staff of life!) as well as some frozen food, snacks, etc. It isn't exactly grocery central but you can get snacks and such. Prices are typical Disney.

Artist Palette at SSR has a larger variety - you may be able to stop there sometime - but you should be able to get the basics at the Mercantile.

However, we've never used the other service as we generally get a rental car and go to SuperTarget. But we have picked up little items in the shops at VWL, BCV, OKW, etc.

andrea9873.....you might want to consider wegoshop.com for a grocery order......I personally haven't used them, but, several on these boards have and they appear to have a good reputation. I believe their delivery charge is about $15.00 ( not sure). From what I hear they'll shop whereever you like...
you just tell them specific brands, sizes, etc. and they deliver to your room at
a time you agree upon.

It seemed to us that most of what was on the Villas grocery order form was also available in the Mercantile. However, we were able to get fruit from that order form, and we did not see that in the store. Prices were the same on both; the order form carried the delivery charge, I believe though.
