Wilderness Lodge concierge

HI Folks

my MIL just book a trip for the family to disney, previously we've stayed at the Poly. this time we're at the WL concierge.

I've been given the task of booking the dinners and am looking for the direct phone to the conceirge at he WL. we've jsut book but are less than 60 day from travel and dont' want to wait.

I knwo I've seen the info ont he web somewhere but can't find it now and I tried calling the WL main number and the person was clueless. didn't know the direct number, nor did they offer a suggestion to finding it.

Hi Beth, You should have heard from them by now. Here is the number that they gave me (407) 824-2466 or e-mail Wilderness.Lodge.Itinerary.Planning.@disneyworld.com hopefully that will work for you. I think there is a sticky at the beginning of the resorts thread that may have all the resort numbers if this is not correct. This is the info I received when I had orginally booked the Wilderness concierge. Good luck, it looks like you may be new Welcome!

I don't know why it is putting a space at the .com but there should be no space between the c and the om.

sorry I wasn't clear, she book it yesterday so the conceirge hasn't really had a chance to cantact us, plus we're going Jan so I don't want to wait for them.
