wilderness lodge concierge question

we are booked at WL w/a courtyard view, not concierge. i have read, maybe on these boards, that you can can request and pay for concierge privileges. right or wrong? and if so, the cost and is it worth it? thanks for the help! are we there yet?

I'm not sure how much more it would cost for you, but we really enjoyed it when we did it a couple of years ago. I should say the WL in my favorite hotel anywhere, so this is just MHO.

Hi DQ!

You can during some travel times, however, as always it is based on availability. If you are planning on visiting at a peak time and really want the Concierge service I would book it in advance.

We just booked last week for December 17-23 and had the option of Courtyard or Concierge...and we chose Concierge for $100 per night. We didn't want to chance it!

thanks for the info!! yes, we love the lodge and have stayed on the concierge level several times. we will arrive on the 9th for 3 nights before moving over to OKW.

I received a notice today that you can get an AP rate of $219 per night for Nov 28-Dec 26.

They even had WL Honeymoom rooms available at a discount. This is strange because when we stayed there for our honeymoom we thought there were only 4 rooms like this.

you are correct - there ARE only 4 honeymoon rooms...

they *are* pretty expensive - maybe that's why they are offering them at a discount?

Maybe they are pretty low this holiday season, I mean they are offering the All Stars at 49 per night through Christmas(well the 26) I thiink Ill call and see what night the honeymoom rooms are available and suprise hubby.
