Wilderness Lodge Bus Service???

Last time I stayed at the Wilderness Lodge was December 2009. I recall that we shared a bus with Ft Wilderness and sometimes they would stop at Contemporary and/or the G-Flo.

How is the bus service these days? Are they still sharing buses? If so, with which resorts?

In November during busy times the buses went directly to the parks. During quieter times of the day they sometimes shared with FW or the contemporary. We found the buses very reliable and fast.

We used the busses in February, and as was mentioned, sometimes they share. When we went to DHS it shared with FW and when we went to AK was FW too, I believe. Disney Springs shared with CR. MK was just WL, for early morning. Epcot, if I remember correctly, was just WL.

We were there in March and the morning buses to Epcot and Hollywood Studios went directly to the parks, they did not stop at another resort. That was really nice. In the afternoons and evenings the buses to Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs shared with the Contemporary. The bus to Epcot stopped at Fort Wilderness, and the MK bus made a stop at the Settlement bus stop to pick up Hoop Dee Doo guests before going to MK. All of the buses stopped at WL first on the return trip. We really liked the fact that the morning bus went directly to a park.
