Ok, it is worse then I expected. We are not doing the fall backwards and hope your co-workers catch you. It's the spider web!!!!

For those of you who are blessed and will never have to experience this humiliation, the spider web is just what it sounds like. A massive tandle of rope to form a spider's web. The 'team building' come in when your co-workers attempt to pass you thru the web. It is suppose to teach you communication, cooperation, and trust.

I am taking a lesson from John on this one. Don't touch me!

Leader - "where do you see yourself in five years?"
Me - "In maximum security prison for beating you to death for asking me stuff like this."
Leader - "we are trying to show that the team has goal commonality."
Me - "They do...they all want to beat you to death."

Other things I hated....

"Who's turn is it to clean the microwave?"
"Will you dontate $3.00 for Chloe's birthday gift?"
"Someone's not filling the copier with paper."
"My kid is sellling ______ to raise money for _______. How many ______ do you want?

OMG!!!! The Spider Web!!!! I will say a prayer for you because you are living a nightmare right now. Why do companies think team building exercises are necessary when all that is really needed is a round of shots and a karaoke machine.
