Wii Fit

I found a wii fit yesterday. I spent a little over an hour on it last night and about an hour today. It feels like it works because I'm a little sore. Has anyone lost weight with it? How do you like the Wii fit?

I haven't used it as much as I should. But my Mom uses it everyday and she looks great!

I have lost about 10 pounds using it. But I haven't been able to use because I broke my ankle a month ago. I think the Wii Fit is great when you want to get a great workout at home. Also takes breaks in between exercises.

I just got it this week (early Christmas present! ), so no weight lost yet, but it's so much fun! I've used it every day so far.

I've had it for awhile and have lost 16 lbs! So I think it works great. The only thing is, I wish they would come out with some new exercises as I am getting kind of bored.

I bought this for a family gift, I can't wait to try it! I also just bought the outdoor challenge game that uses a floor mat. I was talking to anoter customer at Toys R Us and she was raving about it. I read a bunch of online reviews and they were all great. I think it has things like canoe, mole whacking, jump rope and more. It was 59, some of the reviews stated that the workout is great.

We Ski is a whole lot of fun, but it's not really an exercise program.
It is probably the most realistic skiing game I've ever played (when you use it with the Fitness Board), but if you are looking for a game that will help you exercise and lose weight, I can't recommend it on those grounds.

What exercises or what is your routine on Wii fit to lose weight?

I've had my Wii Fit for two months now and lost 9 lbs total. You can read about my struggle with weightloss over in my WISH journal, if you like.

What exercises or what is your routine on Wii fit to lose weight?

I usually warm up with 5 min of balance games (the tight rope walker is my fave), do 15-20 min of aerobics (either advanced step or free run, except I walk since I have knee issues) then 20 min of yoga and 20-30 min of strength exercises and a 5 min cool down with either the Lotus Focus or Yoga Breathing.

Sometimes, if I really feel like sweating, I'll do the Rhythm Boxing or a half hour or so of Tennis (Wii Sports).

At Wal Mart today, they announced they had some in electronics - I went back and and got the next to the last one - Merry Christmas to us!

Right now, everyone is carrying this game for 59.99. It does come with the mat, so you wouldn't have to buy anything else.
I checked their website, and Costco did not have this game listed, so I'm assuming that they don't have it.
