I don't have a set routine although I do try to do a balance of strength training and yoga. I try to pair the strength with the corresponding yoga exercise that completes the workout.
On days I don't get cardio outside the house, I'll try to do some aerobics as well. I really like the advanced step and advanced boxing as they seem to give me a better workout than the other aerobic games. They are also pretty fun.
If I don't like an exercise or if it is still just too hard (like some of the yoga poses), I usually skip it in favor of one I do like. I'm still at a point with this where I don't want to discourage myself. I figure if I'm getting 30 minutes worth of exercise on this, I'm not going to be too picky about how I get it.
I usually use the balance games as a filler to get me up to my goal of fit credits for the day.
