Just got an email that Toys R Us will have their Wii Holiday Bundle on sale Friday-Sunday. It includes:

  • Wii console w/Wii sports
  • Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games
  • Universal gaming ottoman
  • 4 Gear Monkey Accessories for Nintendo Wii (Black Baseball Bat, Black Golf Club, Black Wheel and Clear Wiimote Silicone Holder)
  • Toys"R"Us AA Ultra Alkaline Batteries – 20 Pack

It's listed on the website now for $349.93 http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3911217

For the 3 days it will cost $249.92

For those of us (me!) who don't know squat about Wiis - how does this compare to the $199 one?

I am thinking about getting one and it seems like you get a lot of stuff for an extra $50 right?

The way the ad reads, you're right--it's $150 worth of stuff for $50. (Or the way they word it, you buy the $150 worth of stuff and get the the Wii for *only* $99.) I guess it just depends on whether you see the value in the extra stuff....

Wii is $200, and the game is $50 anyway. The rest of the stuff is fine, but you don't need it. A better bundle would have extra controllers.

Sold out already! :(

Where is it sold out at.............online or in the stores? If you already went to the store you are on the ball. I did not know they even opened that early. I was planning on going around 11.

I don't think the sale starts til 9 am.

It is available on-line now. If you put it in your cart the price is $249. Shipping comes up as $20 though. I don't need one but I got the e-mail too and checked it out.

Was just about to place order and realized that it would be a waste for me. I already bought the game it comes with and don't need any of those accessories right now. It makes more sense for me to buy the $180 one from Dell than to get this.

$185 now.
