Wiggles show at MGM

ok I have a couple of quesitons.

1--are they selling anything special for the concerts????

2--How in the world am I supposed to be at MGM at 9 to get the fastpass on Friday when I was planning on going to the MK for the little ones magic hour....

3--PLEASE DON"T FLAME ME FOR THIS ONE!! Can you see the show twice in one day?? What I mean is...Can I stand in line...get a fast pass for the 11:30 show and then get back in line and get another fastpass for the 1:00 show???

Some CMs came and told everyone who was waiting to enter the park where the tickets for that day's concert were, and to pick them up right away. They said you have to have a ticket and when the tix are gone, they're gone.

I didn't do any research or anything, but that's what they said.

I went to guest relations tonight and asked about The Wiggles concert on Tueasday 8/29/06 and this is what the CM said:

The park gates will open at 5am. There will be an escort towards the stunt show at 8 o'clock when the turnstiles open at MGM. You will need to use your ticket to get into the park. There will be 3 shows on that date at the Indiana Jones theater. All 3 shows are expected to sell out within an hour of park opening, but that remains to be seen. Given the popularity of The Wiggles, i find that very like as the Doodlebops accomplished this a few days ago. They sold out 1 hour after the tickets started being distributed. Now i gotta wake up at 6:30am to be there be 7:30am to get through the gates at 8am to get tix for my 6 family members.

Oh my gosh!!! 5 a.m.!!! I am starting to rethink this whole thing. Are the buses going to be running that early???

So they want me to drag my 3 year old out of bed at 5 am to drive over (I'm sure the people that don't have cars will be annoyed) to get in line. I'm sure there will be a ton of happy kids. Not to mention the weather. I guess we can see if anyone posts anything about how today went .........

Here is a quote from a post on the Wiggles message board:

To get tix - had to have your park tickets - go to Lights Motor Action (all the CMs knew where to point you - "where do you get Wiggles tickets?" was the most often heard phrase at MGM today! Concert at Indiana Jones. There is a letter on the concert ticket, A or B, for which section to sit in. Everything was easy, and the crowds were manageable and happy!

We got there at 8:30 ish - the park doesn't open until 9 but they were letting people in early to make the hike to Lights Motor Action for Wiggly tix, then at about 9 we had our tix and were on our way to stand in line for the 10 show. You could tell them which show you wanted tix for. It was amazing that at 9 we were still able to get tix for 10, but it looks like the weather might have actually scared some locals away. There was still room to squeeze some people in on the far sides at the 10 show, and when we walked by at 1:10, it looked like they were letting people come in late to fill the 1 pm show.
