Wifi anywhere?

Can I pick up a wifi signal anywhere in Disney? I will have my laptop and purchase the $10/day Internet service charge but I wondered if I can have my Ipod Touch in the parks and be able to pick up a signal anywhere.

We tried to pick up wifi on my DH itouch with no luck.. everything was locked.. but we only checked the big 4 parks

We sat on the bench at the front entrance of WWOS and used a laptop with no problem. We tried to use it back in the parking lot but the signal was too weak.
