WiFi and/or Vz cell service at Disney Springs

What is the WiFi or (Verizon) cell service like at Disney Springs? My husband has a video call during our trip, and I wanted to check ahead of time.
Also, does anyone have recommended locations they’ve used before? If it helps, we’re having dinner afterwards at Raglan Road. Thanks!

My husband had a video conference call (used his cell/Verizon) at Disney Springs on the 4th floor of the lime garage without issues. The call was on a Thursday from 3-4:15. I know because it went long and he barely made it to our 4:20 Ragland Road reservation.
