So, I finally am able to start posting my June trip report. Hope you like it!

Who: Me (wickey’s friend), 11 trips to WDW
DH, 10 trips to WDW
DS2, 9 years old, 9 trips to WDW
Not with us this time: DS1, 21 years old, doing other things this summer

When the 4/3 deal came out last fall, I thought how nice it would be to take advantage of it. We already had our Christmas trip to WDW in the works, and I thought we MIGHT be able to swing another trip in the spring, but didn’t hold my breath. Then, in February, we thought about going during our Spring Break, but the airfare was outrageous! We checked airfare for early June, it was much better, so we booked Pop Century for June 8 – 15. Now all I had to do was wait, lol!

Day One – Are we there yet?

Of course, I woke up at 4 a.m., even though our flight didn’t leave until 1:30 or so. The “I’m too excited to sleep,” commercial came to mind. I got up anyway, and we left our house around 8:30. We hung out in the Houston airport and actually left on time. We landed around 4:35 in Orlando in the only rain we saw all week. I LOVE the shuttle from the gates to the terminal – it reminds me so much of the monorail. I know I’m close!

We used ME, and instead of going to the counter, they directed me to the podium right before you get in the lines that are roped off. The CM checked us in and we only had to wait a few minutes to get on the bus. We were out of the rain quickly and at Pop Century in no time.

I had checked in online the week before, and I walked right up to the counter with a waiting CM. I checked to see if they could get me closer to the area I had requested, but they didn’t have anything, which was okay too. I got my packet and that was it. It probably took five minutes – how cool is that? We were in building 2, on the third floor overlooking the bowling pin pool. We could also see the empty buildings of the second phase – sad looking things.

I had packed my son’s swimsuit, so we were off to the pool. We’d decided to hang out at Pop for the evening, since we’d had a long day already. Besides, DS2 looooooves to swim, so he was happy! We grabbed some food from Everything Pop. DH had the salmon with rice, veggies and a type of batter bread. He said it was excellent. I had the vegetable lo mein, and it was fantastic! DS had the chicken nuggets (which you sill see he practically lives on the rest of the week.) The cost was about $27, and it was all really good. We hung out by the pool awhile longer, and went up to our room. They brought our bags about 10 p.m.

Day Two -- Magic Kingdom – AP Coupon vouchers rule!

We got up early, ready to get to Magic Kingdom for our traditional breakfast with Pooh. We quickly caught a bus (a theme that lasted all week; I think the longest we waited was 15-20 minutes one night at Epcot after Illuminations). We were early, but walked through the turnstiles to wait until they were ready to let folks in for breakfast ADRs. In the meantime, I went to Guest Relations and upgraded my 7-day PH MYW ticket to an annual pass and purchased a TIW card. I had a very nice CM, who worked quickly, didn’t grill me about anything and was very pleasant about it. A BIG THANK YOU to “DizneyDogs” for sending me the voucher for the $50 off the AP!!!!

We were let in about 7:50 for our 8:10 ADR. It was EMH, but we had enough time to walk up Main Street, get our picture taken in front of the castle by the Photopass photographer and check in at Crystal Palace.

Our name was quickly called, and we soon were filling out plates with breakfast. I especially love the puffed French toast! We saw all the characters and left very full. We used our TIW card for the first of many times this week – I’m sure we paid for it and then some by the end of the week!

We went straight to ride Buzz, and even though I thought it was EMH, they did rope drop at 9 at Tomorrowland. Did I miss something? We conquered Zurg, and were a little sad about having to pass up the TTA and Space Mountain. We rode the Indy Cars with very little wait. We then bypassed Fantasy Land and Dumbo (DS’s call) and rode Haunted Mansion. We then got a FP for BTMRR and rode Splash. We shopped a little in the Briar Patch shop next to Splash and in the Frontierland Mercantile until our BTMRR FP time.

We finished the wildest ride and walked over to the Plaza Restaurant. We only had a short wait, but I did hear the CM at the check in desk turn folks away without ADRs, saying they weren’t taking walk ups then. (NOTE about crowds – we usually go around Dec. 17-24, so we know those crowds. This week did not for the most part seem as crowded. There were a few times at DHS and MK that were a little packed, but not as much as our usual trips.) DH and I each had the tuna salad on croissant and French fries, and DH also had a bowl of their very good tomato bisque. DS had a hamburger with FF and the Mickeylodean ice cream. We used the TIW card here too. It is a great place for lunch and very reasonably priced.

After lunch we went Carousel of Progress. DH and DS checked out the Astro Orbiter line, but it was longer than DH wanted to wait by then. We walked back down Main Street and checked in at the barbershop shop, but the line was long there too – we knew we could try again later in the week. So, we hopped on the monorail to the TTC. When we transferred to the monorail to Epcot, we were able to ride in the front! We got our Pilot’s Licenses and headed into Epcot. (All this of course was before the accident.)

We rode Spaceship Earth, and then saw the O Canada film. That was the first time for us – loved Martin Short! Then we went to Innoventions, and DS played video games for awhile (travel 1,000 plus miles for him to play video games, lol!). We pried him out of there and rode the clam shells at Finding Nemo (“Mine” birds were working). While there, we watched a dolphin swim around, looking like he was having a lot of fun! I tried taking pictures, but the thick glass made it very hard to get any good ones. I figure there is a special way to do this, but I don’t know how yet. We walked over to the UK, shopped for a few minutes and then checked in at Rose and Crown.

We had a great dinner close to the water – too bad it was to early for Illuminations! (grin!) We used the TIW here too. After that we went out the International Gateway and walked to the Boardwalk. We went into ESPN Club (when did it change from ESPN Zone?) and hung out for awhile. DS LOVES sports, so you’ll see us back here a few times this week. I felt like they would start say “Norm” when we walked in the door.

We then went back to Epcot and walked to the bridge between UK and France about 5 minutes before Illuminations began. We had an excellent view. It was evening EMH, so we rode Spaceship Earth on our way out. We were very tired by now, so we caught the bus bas to Pop and crashed!

Day Three – Is it HOT in here?

We were up early again (can you say commando?) and had breakfast at Pop. I like their food court. They have four separate stations, so you can get anything from pastries to waffles, to omelets or plates with eggs, biscuits and bacon. Plus, they have cereals and fruit. It is a great variety of food – something for everybody for lunch and dinner as well.

A bus was waiting for us to take us to MK again. We got there a little before the opening, and it was already HOT! We watched the family of the day open MK (was it anybody from here that needs pictures?) and once they let us in, DH and DS went straight to Astro Orbiter. I just can’t ride it – I have issues with heights, and when you add in the spinning, I just can’t do it. I shopped a little while waiting for them, and when they got off we went to ride the Indy Cars again, Pooh, got a FP for Pan, and rode IASW.

Do people not even hear the “no flash photography?” We saw Philharmagic and walked over to the barber shop for DH and DS to get a haircut. Ran into my old boss who I knew would be here this week. (grin). After the haircuts (not Michael, but the other guy did a good job), we ate lunch at Tony’s. YUM! DH had a meatball sub, I had a chicken and spinach calzone and DS had the veggie/wheat pasta primavera. This was not an expensive lunch either – plus we used our TIW.

After lunch, we rode the train to Frontierland and got a FP for BTMRR. We went over and rode Pan and Goofy’s Barnstormer. Then we rode the train back to Frontierland and rode BTMRR. The FP line seemed long, but it went very quickly. We were very hot, so we decided to bus back to Pop and go swimming.

After DS went swimming and DH and I had a nice cool drink from the pool bar, we bussed back to Epcot. We walked through the countries from Mexico to France. In Italy, I tired the Fumaio wine (thanks, Sue, for the idea) and it was very good! After walking through the countries, we then went through the I-Gateway back to the Boardwalk and ESPN. After dinner there, (TIW card taken here), we went again to the bridge between UK and France for Illuminations, with another great view again walking up just before the fireworks started. We waited a few minutes after the end and walked back to take the bus to Pop – this was the longer wait of the week for the bus, but it really wasn’t that bad.

Day Four – Blizzard Beach and I found out I like Pina Coladas!

DS always wants to go to one of the water parks, but we haven’t been in a few years. So, I planned on a day at BB this time. We also wanted to have breakfast at Boma (since AKL is our favorite resort and we usually stay there). So, I got up a little early, washed two loads of clothes and then we took the bus to AK. We only waited about five minutes and then took the bus to AKL for breakfast. I was trying to see as much of Kidani as I possibly could while we drove by. They have changed the entrance a little, with the sign saying Jambo House instead of AKL

We checked in a little early, but got seated right away. We had a great breakfast, and we sprung for the pressed pot of coffee – very good, and we used the TIW card. We walked through the Zawadi strore (love it!) on the way back to the buses, and a DHS/BB bus came quickly. We got to BB and used my AP discount for our tickets. We rented lockers and bought a water wallet at the store (I thought I had read where you could rent them, but it wasn’t expensive and I can use it again). We found a chair, and put all of our stuff on it – didn’t really use it other than that all day.

DH and DS went to ride Slush Gusher, and I went to watch. I’m not much of a water park person – but I was in charge of taking pictures and watching all the fun, lol! They decided to do the Toboggan Run first, the race type slide, and then did Slush Gusher. We all rode the lazy river for awhile, and decided to have lunch. That was the longest line of the whole week. I had a chicken wrap, DH had a pepperoni pizza and DS had chicken nuggets and FF. After lunch, they did a few more slides, and we did the lazy river all the way around again. Somewhere in there, I tried a Pina Collision – and I liked it!!! I have never really thought about being a Pina Colada person, but this was really good. They also, ahem, make a mean margarita. (grin)

(Disclaimer -- these pictures were taken with a waterproof disposable, so they aren't the best.)

After we did BB, we took the bus back to Pop and showered, changed and were ready to go again. We had an ADR at Mama Melrose, but DS really wanted to go back to ESPN, so we took the bus to DHS and rode the boat to the Swan/Dolphin stop. We got off and walked to ESPN. DH and DS shared the Nachos, and I had a turkey sandwich. It was okay, but pretty blah.

We had the 30 minute Arcade Card with our package, and DS was able to use it in the ESPN arcade. He had a blast! After that, we walked to Epcot and DS and I rode Test Track using the single rider line. DH waited at the end of the ride in case DS got our before I did – we’ll do that again, as it only took us about 15 minutes to get through with the ride! Stand by was almost an hour, and no more FP were available. After that, we walked to the area in between the two Gateway stores at the front of World Showcase in Showcase Plaza for Illuminations. We had another great viewing – only one row of people in front of us!

It was EMH again, so after the fireworks, we rode Mission Space, with DH and DS on the green side, and me on the orange side! I LOVE that ride. We tried the single rider line at TT again, as it said only 10 minutes. After 20 without moving, I had to tell DS that we couldn’t wait any longer – I felt so bad, but we might still be in that line if I hadn’t. We rode SSE on our way out without any wait. We had a short wait for a bus and then went back to Pop to crash again.

Day Five – Star Wars Weekend at DHS – ummm, maybe I should have done this on another day!

We were up early and had breakfast at Pop. DH had an egg plate, I had a waffle, and DS had the kid’s waffle plate. It was EMH at DHS, so we had to take a second bus (came quickly though) and got through the entry about 8:10. We went to try for FP for Toy Story Mania, but the line for FP was way too long, so we passed (I like it, but I’m not sure I like it that much).

We got FP for RNRC (it was down at the time), and then we rode Star Tours. The shop was very crowded when we got off – a long line to get to the registers. We did Muppets, and then DS played in the HISTK playground for awhile. We walked through One Man’s Dream, and further down the street saw Darth Vadar at his meet area. We rode RNRC and got FP for another ride later (didn’t use). We walked through the Villains Shop on our way to Sci Fi for lunch (one of our favorite shops!).

This was the first time we had eaten here – it was a lot of fun! DH and DS sat in the front of the car, and I was in the back. We all had a burger and fries – and we all enjoyed them. I had The Comet to drink - rum, vodka, gin and tequila topped off with sour mix and cranberry juice $9.50. YUM! is all I had to say about that! It was COLD in there, and I had to put on my light hoodie for the only time that week. We used the Tables in Wonderland card here too.

After lunch we waddled . . .er, walked to do some shopping. I bought some cute earrings, and we bought DS some Mickey flip flops. (Once we got home, I tried them on, and they fit me. The boy’s feet are good sized, and he’s only now just 10).

We decided we needed refreshments, so we went into the Tune In Lounge. I made sure DS drank LOTS of water all week, and they were nice enough to give him a huge cup of water there. He likes watching the old TV shows. DH had a Bud, and I had a Long Island Ice Tea – another first for me. It was very good too! Then we decided to see Indy – DH had a nice nap before the show, lol!

DS really likes Fantasmic!, but with all the posts about it being a disaster now, we skipped it. So, after Indy we decided to go back to Pop, and when we go to the bus stop area, there was a bus waiting for us. DS swam in the Hippy Dippy pool and we decided to eat dinner there. DH and I had the veggie lo mein, and yep, DS had chicken nuggets and fries. Afterward, DS swam in the bowling pin pool, while DH and I talked with our friends from home who were leaving early the next day. We eventually turned in and fell asleep very quickly.

Day Six – Animal Kingdom to Epcot: Back to back to back to back EE!!

We had thought about renting a car and driving over to see the shuttle take off this day. Good thing we didn’t, as it was scrubbed for the day. So, we grabbed coffee at Pop and were off to AK. It was EMH, so we had to wait for a second bus, but it came pretty quickly and we got there in no time.

We went straight to EE and rode it FOUR times in a row. That’s a record for us, and DS said next time we go for five times in a row. We walked over and got FP for Safari and checked in a little early for Donald’s breakfast at Tusker House. They seated us quickly, and can I say I LOVE this breakfast too (okay, I pretty much love all the food, but what’s your point?) After breaking the fast with Donald, Mickey, Daisy and Goofy, we rode Safari – love the giraffes, they are my favorite!

Next we walked over to ride Dinosaur, which said 20 minutes. Nope – we stood in line for awhile and did not move. So, we bailed and got FP. DH and DS rode Primevil Whirl – I really don’t like this ride at all. I shopped a little while waiting for them. We go back to Dinosaur, and they tell us it is down. So, we went for FP for Kali River Rapids and walked through the Maharaja Jungle Trek. The tigers were out and playing! We stayed and watched them for quite a while – DS loved it.

Next was our lunch at Yak & Yeti. We checked in and waited in the bar area (was nice and cool!), where it was pretty crowded. But, we were seated quickly. DH and I split the Crispy Mahi Mahi – easily our favorite meal the entire trip! I usually get the Tempura Shrimp which is wonderful, but this was excellent! DS had . . . wait for it . . . the chicken nuggets and French fries meal. It came with jello and a sundae. This meal was less than $50 with the AP discount (they don’t take Tables in Wonderland). I also had a Yak Attack and a Bonsai Blast (okay – I’m not really a lush, but it was HOT outside the whole week, and I was on vacation. That’s my story! ) DH had a couple of Buds.

DS and I then rode Kali – we got a little wet, but not soaking like the only lady on the raft who had a poncho on. (grin) It was very refreshing. Next we walked back over to Dinosaur and were in our vehicles very quickly with the FP.

After that we shopped a little on our way out of the park, but for the first time in AK, I didn’t buy anything. Bummer. We took a bus to Epcot, and as we were walking in, we had a very magical moment. A true Disney Hero dad with a couple of younger children asked us if we wanted three FP each for Soarin’ and Test Track. I was speechless. I know it happens, and I’ve given away FP before, but these were for our two favorite rides at Epcot, and it was in the afternoon where there were probably no more FP being given out for the day. I managed to thank the guy, but I don’t think he knew how much it meant to us. So, if you’re out there – again, you are the true spirit of Disney.

On our way over to Soarin, I finally broke down and bought some Disney Crocs (thanks, Sue, for the recommendation/push!) DS wanted to wear them, as one of the other adults on the trip (and not me) let him wear his new flip flops today and his feet hurt! I didn’t think that would make it any better, and he survived.

We rode Soarin’ – yes, it was especially spectacular! – and then went on TT. We walked to China where we had ADRs – another first. (Yes, we are eating again!). DH had the Fragrant Five-Spiced Fish (I tasted it), I had the Appetizer Trio, and DS surprised us by having the Lo Mein with meatballs. We also ordered egg rolls for DS, but I got to sample one. Let’s just say that there wasn’t anything left when we were finished – it was all SO GOOD! I’ve heard so-so reviews of this restaurant, but our meal was fantastic. I had a Shanghai Fusion drink – fruity and yummy, and DH had the Tsing Tao Beer which was new to him, but he said he liked it a lot. DS had the Strawberry Red Bean ice cream with his meal, and DH and I split something (can’t remember or find the name) that was like a crepe with cream cheese in it. It was very good. Yes, we were all stuffed! We used the TIW card here.

Trying to walk our dinner off in what was a much cooler Epcot after clouds but no rain rolled in, we went through Germany and then decided to find a spot in Norway for Illuminations. A very nice group of folks were standing at the railing, but they said they weren’t going to use all of it when the rest of their group came, so they offered it to us. It was a great spot!

After the fireworks, we waiting a bit and then headed out to the buses. We didn’t’ have a very long wait, and soon we were in our beds at Pop.

Day Seven – Epcot: Man is it HOT! And, our tribute to the Beatles!

We started off with our regular breakfast at Pop and somehow took longer than I wanted to. When we got to the bus stop, the line for Epcot was very long. But, they sent several buses, and we were quickly on our way.

The first thing we did was get a FP for Soarin. We rode Figment (I know, he’s corny and irritating to some, but I LOVE Figgy!), and then we shopped in the two Gateway stores. We walked around the countries, riding the Grand Fiesta ride and buying some very nice perfume in Norway.

We ate lunch at Biergarten, which is one of our favorites. We shared a table with two nice groups. One was a husband, wife and his father. The wife is a CM, and he used to be. The dad was down visiting them and they just wanted to have lunch in Epcot. How COOL is that? We were some of the first guests in the restaurant, so we had to wait around for the show to begin. It wasn’t crowded, so I didn’t feel bad about taking our time.

9bb51dbb.jpg

After lunch, we walked the countries some more, but it was very hot and humid. We’re from Texas where it gets very hot, but this was a little too much. DH sat on a bench close to the American pavilion. DS and I shopped a little and waited for DH to wake up, lol. It was very quiet over there, and he caught a great nap!

We then walked though more countries, and went into the perfume shop in France. Man, it smelled good in there. One French CM was very nice, chatting about first the perfume, and then how she and some of her friends had gone out country line dancing lately. It was fun talking with here – loved her accent, and she was so eager to share what she had bee doing! Since I had just bought some perfume in Norway, I didn’t buy anything else. I may go back next time – I’m partial to the Shalimar line. 

Then, we went to the UK and waited for the British Invasion. We’ve heard them in snippets before, but my 9 year old really wanted to watch them. It was a little shaded, and we snagged one of the benches. The guys came on and started the early years of the Beatle’s songs. DS LOVED it! I have to admit to singing along with most of the songs.

After the great show, we went back to Morocco to eat at Restaurant Marrakesh -- a first for us. The belly dancer was just finishing up her show, and my little DS was mesmerized! DH had salmon with hummus and veggies, I had the goat cheese appetizer which was fabulous, and DS had, yep, chicken nuggets and French fries. We know from previous trips that the Tangerine Café serves up some of the best chicken nuggets in all the world, lol! DH was especially impressed with his salmon. I loved the goat cheese appetizer! I had a Marrakesh Express, and DH had a Budweiser – just a note, Morocco has the least expensive Bud in the “world.” We used the TIW card here too.

After our huge dinner, we wandered back over to watch the next set of the British Invasion – our DS really wanted to, and we were glad to have some semi-down time. We watched the set – sang along again – and DS was the first one up to get his pictures taken with the group. They were very nice and really seemed glad we were all there.

After that, we were just tired. I had planned on going to MK to watch Wishes!, but since we were all tired, as we were walking through Future World, I told my DH that I was okay with not going to MK and just going back to Pop! He was so happy that I’d said it – he wasn’t going to say anything to ruin our vacation!

So, we bussed back to Pop early and crashed – the heat and long days were taking their tolls on us! But, we’d had a great week!

Day Eight – I don’t want to go home!

Once again, we got up early. I finished packing – I had thrown stuff in site cases the night before, and then we had our last breakfast to Pop! We had our usuall breakfast and headed out to Magic Kingdom

We got there a little after rope drop, and we went directly to Fantasy World. We got in line for Dumbo, but it was so long, we decided to get out again. I was little sad, as I wanted to ride it, but DS wanted to press on, so that’s what we did.

We rode the Carousel instead, and then went on to ride Snow White. We did not have to wait very long for either one. Then, we pretty much walked on Big Thunder and Pirates. We watched the Tiki show and went back to ride Big Thunder again. It was getting hot again, so we went over to Tom Sawyer Island for awhile. It was the first time we’d been there in a long time, and DS did not remember being there before. He had such a blast! He did not want to leave, but we promised him we’d be back on our next trip.

6bc7f316.jpg

Next, we walked over to LTT for our traditional last lunch. I had the pot roast, DH had the Pilgrim’s Feast and DS had I think, chicken nuggets and fries. I can’t remember, and I don’t have the notes. I do know they took the TIW card.

DS really wanted to ride Splash again, so we let him ride by himself in the FP line which said 20 minutes. It was a little longer than that, but soon we say him saunter out the line into where the pictures are shown. He was very proud of himself for riding alone!

After that, we had to say goodbye to MK for this trip – I hate that! We caught the bus back to Pop, gathered our bags from Bell Services and waited for ME. DS did the hula hoop contest in Pop’s lobby while we were waiting.

We got back to the airport quickly after ME picked us up. I don’t like watching the movie on the ride back to the airport – it’s too depressing! We waited in one of the small lounges, where the bartender was very nice! She told us how unusually hot it had been. It had been HOT! But, we had a blast!

The flight back was uneventful and we got our luggage and found our car quickly. We’d made it back from another trip!

I'm going to borrow the "Things I Think" for a minute:

I think I like the monoral at the Orlando airport -- makes me feel as if I'm already there!

I think I like Pop Century -- my DS loves it, and it's a great place to stay if you're at a value resort.

I think I like our traditional Crystal Palace breakfast our first day and our Liberty Tree Tavern lunch our last day.

I think I like ESPN!

I think I like Illuminations, no matter from where we view it.

I think I like Rock 'N' Roller Coaster.

I think I like Expedition Everest four times in a row!

I think I like the British Invasion.

And, I think I like being at Disney World no matter what I'm doing.

Hope you enjoyed the report!

Great report! :goodvibes

I think I would like EE four times in a row as well! Did you just get into line again and again? How long did you have to wait for your next ride? ARe EMH that uncrowded?

Fabulous report! Loved that you have some very special traditions when you stay. Great pics, too! Thanks for sharing!

Hi, Flossbolna! We practically walked on all four times. There was only one time that we even slowed up in the line. We probably could have gone again, but we were hungry! :)

We've actually done this before. For some reason, on the EMH first thing in the morning, it is not crowded at EE at all.

That sounds wonderful! My sister and I are planning to hit all the morning EMH on our trip, we both don't have problems with getting up early if there is a reward for it! I have done rope drop at AK a few times and after a second ride with a 5 min wait the line was already really long! I am really looking forward to EMH!

Another question on that: when do you plan to be at the bus stop for EMH? Last year we missed rope drop at DHS due to lack of bus (waited 45 min!!) so I am a bit apprehensive now...

We were at Pop Century, and I think we were at the bus stop around 7:15 for the 8 a.m. EMH opening. If you're at AKL, the bus ride is only about 5 minutes, so you could probably be there a little later. We get up early and GO! :)

It sounds like you had a really great trip...:goodvibes

I've never been to Crystal Palace-and it sounds like the food is really good-we'll have to try that next time around...

We have ressies for the Yak and Yeti so it was good to hear your positive thoughts on it...:) & this will be my first time riding Everest-and I'm a little nervous-I'm hoping to do it once-twice if I really like it...

I think my ds will like the British Invasion band-he likes listening to the beatles with me...

So you like R & Rollercoaster? Exactly how intense are those loops?...:rolleyes1

It sounds like you had a really great trip...:goodvibes

I've never been to Crystal Palace-and it sounds like the food is really good-we'll have to try that next time around...

I'm glad you liked the report. We love Crystal Palace -- we stumbled on it our first trip, and we've eaten there every trip since. Just breakfast though, so I guess we need to try lunch or dinner, lol!

We love Yak & Yeti! Everything we've had has been very good.

I'm a roller coast chicken -- but I LOVE EE! The first couple of times I rode it, I had my eyes shut part of the time, but now, I laugh the whole way through.

I love RnRC Too! The take off is worth any wait! The loops are not too bad, depending on where you sit. If you are to the back, you can see where you're going and to me, that makes it more nerve-wracking (in a fun way!). If you sit up front, you don't know they are coming -- which also is scary in a fun way.

Coming from someone who wouldn't ride ANY of the Disney mountains for the first couple of trips -- if I can do it, you can!
