Why won't my reservations link with app on phone?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but here goes, please move if it belongs somewhere else. thanks.

I made our reservations for Dec 10-17 by phone the other day. I went on my computer and linked the reservations. It shows all the info now but when I go to the app on my phone it says if you don't see the reservations to link then with confirmation #. I put that in and it comes up and says they are already linked but I can't see any of the information. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? What am I missing? Shouldn't I be able to see our package and tickets?

I had the opposite issue I ended up having to call it to get it resolved

This happened to me. It only took a few minutes for them to fix this over the phone.
